Role Overview:
A Telecom Integrator/Troubleshooting Engineer commissions, integrates, and troubleshoots RAN (AirScale/Flexi) or Transport (7250 IXR, 7705 SAR) equipment. They load SCF files, perform commissioning, execute MOPs/SOWs, and validate network performance (KPIs) to ensure seamless integration and stability of 5G/LTE networks.
Responsibilities:
• A qualified candidate must have 3-5 years network integration and troubleshooting experience working at telecommunications sites (ie, BTS/radio installation, fiber, telco, light electrical, etc).
• Integration & Commissioning: Install, configure, and integrate AirScale BBU/RRU (FSM4, L600, N600) and cell site routers.
• Software & Configuration: Load Site Configuration Files (SCF), perform software upgrades, and configure CPRI/eCPRI interfaces.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve complex alarms, hardware/software failures, and performance issues post-integration.
• Testing & Validation: Conduct E911 call testing, site acceptance tests (SAT), and KPI validation.
• Documentation & Coordination: Complete Close Out Packages (COPs), site documentation, and coordinate with NOC/RF teams.
• Field/Remote Support: Perform site work (physical) or remote integration (virtual).
• Knowledge with Installation, commissioning and integration of LTE & 5G equipment.
• Must have experience with BTS manager.
• Experience with NSN Multi-Flexi System & Airscale modules and radios
• Commissioning & Integration of UMTS, GSM & LTE radio technologies.
• Installations Circuit Breakers, GPS Kit, LAN Connections, CPRI Fibers
• Understanding of IP and Routing of cables
• Knowledge of mounting/unmounting of cabinet, racks and hardware.
• Experience with using a Fiber scope
• Theory and application related to project management, radio access networks, backhaul to site signaling, disaster recovery planning and response, data services and location-based services.
• Excellent computer skills

• Must have your own vehicle, a basic set of tools for work on wireless sites, laptop, cell phone, and ability to work outside
Qualifications
• 5 Plus years of Telecom related experience Telecommunication /Telecommunication / Telecommunication / Sprint construction.
• Telcom Construction Management and site construct ability experience preferred 2-4 years.
• You must have a Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• Must have strong working knowledge of the telecommunications industry, specifically Telecommunication /Telecommunication / Telecommunication /Sprint & Cell Site Construction of GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G, NSD, Small Cell, Microwave, Power Hardening and DAS platforms.
• OSHA 30 and other project related certifications required (Blood Borne Pathogens, First Aid, CPR and RF Awareness).
• Proficient knowledge and use of all customer or property owner login procedures. Crown Castle, ATC, SBA, Carrier NOCs, PAG, NFDS, GDNC.
• Strong consultative, organizational, and communication skills.
