Responsibilities
  • High-Volume Phone Sales: Conduct outbound dialing to warm leads and efficiently field inbound insurance inquiries (80100 dials per day target)
  • Daily Quotas: Meet daily baseline activity metrics for dials, talk time (2.53 hours), and quotes generated.
  • Consultation: Educate local families and explain complex coverage options clearly in both English or Spanish.
  • Cross-Selling: Identify client needs to round out accounts by adding home, auto, or life products.
  • System Tracking: Accurately log client files and track your sales pipeline

Requirements
  • Language Skills: Absolute professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Sales Drive: Proven track record in phone-based sales, telemarketing, or fast-paced retail.
  • Licensing: Active Nevada Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred. Willing to assist the right unlicensed candidate with training.
  • Resilience: Comfortable making high-volume cold/warm calls and turning rejections into opportunities.
