Job Summary:
Stonebridge is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Specialist to join their team at the Margaritaville Resort, Lake Conroe. The role involves providing technical assistance, supporting hotel systems, and managing user accounts while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Provide desktop support to hotel staff and corporate office employees, troubleshooting hardware, and software.
• Maintain corporate applications and hotel systems.
• Perform routine system checks and updates to ensure system integrity at hotel and corporate locations.
• Assist with managing accounts in Azure, performing password resets, and maintaining user access rights.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement upgrades and new solutions across both environments.
• Travel to various hotel and corporate sites to provide on-site technical assistance and maintenance.
• Document issues and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications:
Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or technical certification in IT.
• 1+ Year of experience working within the hospitality, restaurant, retail or any other multi-site industry is a plus.
• Experience in technical support or a similar IT role.
• Familiarity with corporate IT environments, and Active Directory / Azure account management is highly desirable.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel if needed.
