Position Summary

The Product Analyst, Airtable Platform reports to the Manager Technology Finance & Portfolio Management and supports the ongoing development, administration, and continuous improvement of JetBlue's Airtable Platform. This role is responsible for translating business needs into scalable Airtable solutions while supporting day-to-day platform operations, user adoption, testing, data quality, and release execution.

The Product Analyst works closely with the Product Manager, Technology Finance, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Data, Engineering, and business stakeholders to configure Airtable solutions that improve visibility, workflow efficiency, governance, and decision-making across Technology.

This position combines business analysis, low-code platform administration, and product operations. The Product Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Airtable platform, including enhancement intake, production support, testing, release coordination, and user enablement, ensuring a reliable and high-quality experience for Airtable users across Technology.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, customer focused, detail oriented, and enjoys solving business problems through technology. Essential Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Product Manager to execute the Airtable product roadmap and support ongoing platform enhancements.
  • Configure and maintain Airtable bases, tables, fields, views, interfaces, forms, and automations.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Airtable solutions following established platform standards and governance.
  • Analyze enhancement requests, document requirements, and recommend solution approaches.
  • Support user acceptance testing by developing test scenarios, coordinating testing activities, documenting defects, and validating production readiness.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, investigate data discrepancies, and coordinate issue resolution with Technology partners.
  • Monitor platform health, data quality, automation performance, and user adoption metrics.
  • Maintain platform documentation including user guides, release notes, configuration documentation, and process flows.
  • Support product releases by validating enhancements, coordinating deployment activities, and communicating changes to stakeholders.
  • Assist in maintaining platform governance standards including naming conventions, permissions, security, and data integrity.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and interfaces that provide actionable insights to Technology leaders and business partners.
  • Provide day-to-day end user support, office hours, and training for Airtable users across Technology.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, eliminate manual work, and improve user experience through automation and platform enhancements.
  • Stay current on Airtable capabilities and recommend innovative features that improve platform value.
  • Demonstrate a strong customer service mindset while supporting cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or relevant field; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience 
  • One (1) year of experience in business analysis, product operations, systems administration, technology support, or related analytical roles
  • One (1) year working with low-code platforms, workflow management tools, or relational data systems
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, and customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Available for occasional overnight travel (10%)
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

  • Two (2) years of experience in business analysis, product operations, systems administration, technology support, or related analytical roles
  • Experience administering Airtable or similar low-code platforms
  • Experience with relational databases, data modeling, or workflow automation
  • Experience supporting SaaS platforms and enterprise users
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and automation tools
  • Experience with software defect tracking and ticket management.
  • Experience writing test plans and release documentation.
  • Experience supporting Agile, Scrum, or Product Management teams.
  • Experience with Airtable automations, Interface Designer, and permissions management.
  • Knowledge of Jira, Microsoft Project, Snowflake, HyperDB, or similar enterprise platforms
  • Knowledge of the airline industry or technology portfolio management
  • Experience creating dashboards and reporting solutions

  • Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short notice
  • Able to maintain a professional appearance

  • When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft
  • Must be an appropriate organizational fit for the JetBlue culture by demonstrating Safety, Caring, Integrity, Passion, and Fun
  • Identify safety and/or security concerns, issues, incidents or hazards that should be reported and report them whenever possible and by any means necessary including JetBlue's confidential reporting systems (Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP) or Safety Action Report (SAR))
  • The use of ChatGPT or any other automated tool during the interview process will disqualify a candidate from being considered for the position.

Compensation

  • The base pay range for this position is between $68,000.00 and $112,000.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more.
