Grants Management Associate
Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact? Join our team as Grants Management Associate at MHMR, where your expertise will directly contribute to programs that make a lasting impact.
As the Grants Management Associate supports all grant management processes by maintaining accurate and timely data within the grants management repository and coordinating the documentation, scheduling, and communication required throughout the grant lifecycle. This role facilitates grant implementation, utilization of meetings, and ongoing performance monitoring, ensuring that fiscal, programmatic, and compliance documentation is complete and accessible. The position also initiates and tracks contract workflows and collaborates with Funds Development, Program Services, Business Operations, Finance, and Contract Administration to ensure all required documents are gathered, reviewed, and aligned with agency and funder requirements.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in health and human services field, Public Health, Social Work, or a related field
Preferences: Experience with grants, contracts, or data entry
Substitutions: None
Years' Experience: Two (2) years
Defined Experience: Grant management, including use of grants management database preferred or comparable years of experience in programming
