Maintenance personnel are responsible for leading preventative maintenance tasks through out the facility. When there are breakdowns, address the issue to minimize downtime to maximize efficiency. Maintenance personnel will also have responsibilities operating equipment during peak seasons.

  • Understanding general maintenance
  • Being able to weld, grind, cut, and torch
  • Keeping the Maintenance program up to date
  • Communicating effectively and positively to all company and outside people.
  • Maintaining preventative maintenance logs
  • Ability to understand and operate conditioning equipment in seed plant.
  • Follows company policies and procedures for both safety and quality.
  • Maintaining efficient use of time to ensure company profitability.
  • Performing additional duties as directed by Department supervisor.
