Job description

Responsibilities

  • Actively lead with a positive attitude
  • Communicate policy changes, start times, and job objectives to the team
  • Maintain a culture of safety
  • Supervise all maintenance care service activities of the crew
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Install, maintain and fertilize trees, shrubs, flowers and lawns
  • Mulch beds and with shredded bark mulch and pine straw
  • Track project hours, and/or job receipts
  • Operate landscaping equipment

Minimum Requirements

  • Ability to lift 40 lbs continuously
  • Landscaping Experience
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills


Environmental Requirements

  • Must be able to work in many weather conditions, including rain, heat, cold, snow, etc
