Job description

Wellness Sales Associate & Event Lead

Empowering beem® Light Therapy Studio Growth through Events, Partnerships, Community Engagement, Light Therapy Education, and a Fun, Rewarding Workplace

About the Role

The Wellness Sales Associate & Event Lead serves as a dynamic ambassador for beem® Light Therapy Studio, specializing in event discovery, planning, and execution year-round. This role is dedicated not only to driving new leads, engaging prospective members, and supporting the studio with passion and ongoing training, but also to educating the community about the benefits of light therapy. By highlighting how light therapy supports our body, skin, and mind—including stress management and cellular recovery—the Sales Associate plays a key role in promoting wellness and holistic health. Reliability, integrity, tech-savvy skills (laptop & phone required), and a positive, energetic attitude are essential for success in this position. Above all, this role offers a fun and rewarding work environment where you strive to help others feel their best and experience the joy of personal wellness.

Core Responsibilities
  • Event Discovery & Execution: Identify, plan, schedule, and execute B2B and community events that generate new leads for beem® Light Therapy Studio—leveraging in-person networking, phone, email, and text outreach. These events are also opportunities to educate attendees about how light therapy supports recovery at the cellular level and improves overall wellness, all while fostering a fun, engaging atmosphere that inspires others to feel their best.
  • Event Participation: Host and attend events and pop-ups throughout the year—including mornings, evenings, and weekends—to maximize studio exposure, lead generation, and the spread of knowledge about light therapy’s benefits for body, skin, and stress management. Every event is crafted to be enjoyable and fulfilling, creating memorable experiences that help participants discover ways to improve their well-being.
  • Business Partnerships: Conduct outbound calls, texts, and emails to schedule pop-ups and create collaborative, co-marketing opportunities with local businesses. Partnerships often focus on joint education and wellness initiatives centered around light therapy, contributing to a vibrant and rewarding studio culture that encourages helping others thrive.
  • CRM & Data Management: Input and manage leads, events, and sales data in beem® Light Therapy Studio’s CRM (preferably MindBody) for seamless follow-up and accurate tracking of event impact and educational outreach, supporting a collaborative and enjoyable work environment.
  • Community Engagement: Participate in monthly chamber of commerce meetings and local networking events to stay informed, uncover new growth opportunities for beem® Light Therapy Studio, and share insights into light therapy’s impact on health and recovery. These activities reinforce the studio’s mission to cultivate a supportive, rewarding community where everyone is encouraged to feel their best.
  • Sales Focus: Drive and process membership sales through event-based lead generation and provide operational support within beem® Light Therapy Studio as needed, with an emphasis on educating clients about how light therapy enhances well-being at the cellular level. The role is designed to be both enjoyable and meaningful, as you help others reach their wellness goals.
  • Social Media Impact: Manage and grow beem® Light Therapy Studio’s LinkedIn and Facebook presence by posting event updates, sharing educational content about light therapy, and engaging followers to expand reach and promote studio happenings. Celebrate the fun and rewarding moments that come from helping people feel their best, both online and within the studio.
