Job Summary

Island Sun Tanning has been helping clients look and feel their best since 1995. With multiple locations across Bucks and Montgomery Counties, we’re known for our professional, clean, and welcoming atmosphere — offering UV tanning, sunless spray tanning, red light therapy, and more.

We’re currently seeking motivated Sales Consultants who enjoy working with people, meeting goals, and helping clients look and feel their best.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and consult clients in a friendly, professional manner
  • Recommend tanning, sunless spray, red-light therapy, memberships, and retail products
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and commission targets
  • Maintain a clean, organized salon (bed and room turnover, sanitizing equipment)
  • Assist with check-ins, phone calls, scheduling, and POS transactions
  • Support promotions, merchandising, and referral programs
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years face-to-face sales or customer service experience is preferred(retail, fitness, spa, hospitality)
  • Proven ability to hit sales metrics or commission goals
  • Comfortable selling memberships and working toward sales goals
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
  • Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
  • Comfortable with cleaning and being on your feet during shifts
  • Openness to training
