Patient Sales Consultant
Growth Opportunity Into Case Management
Location: Apex Chiropractic – Louisville, CO
Position Type: Part-Time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time hourly role
READ THIS FIRST
This is a sales and consultation-focused position with the opportunity to grow into Case Management.
You will begin by:
Conducting new patient consultations
Educating patients about available programs
Recommending appropriate care options
Enrolling patients into red light therapy and weight loss programs
Creating a smooth handoff to the Case Manager and care team
As you become proficient in consultations, enrollment, clinic systems, and patient communication, you may have the opportunity to expand into Case Management responsibilities.
This position is not intended to grow into office management or clinic operations leadership. The growth path is focused on becoming more involved in the patient journey—from the initial consultation through ongoing progress, accountability, and program completion.
If you are not comfortable:
Leading conversations
Discussing pricing and program options
Helping people make decisions
Asking patients to begin care
Being held accountable to performance expectations
This is not the right position.
WHO WE ARE
Apex Chiropractic is a fast-growing, results-driven clinic specializing in corrective chiropractic care, medical-grade light therapy, weight loss programs, spinal decompression, and neuropathy care.
Red light therapy is one of the busiest areas of our clinic, so this position will have a strong focus on consultations and enrollment for our light therapy and weight loss programs.
We operate with structure, precision, consistency, and accountability. We are looking for dependable, high-performing team members who take pride in creating an excellent patient experience.
CAREER PATH
This is not intended to be a temporary or short-term position.
We are looking for someone who wants to:
Become highly skilled at patient consultations and program enrollment
Build confidence presenting treatment recommendations
Consistently meet performance expectations
Learn the complete patient journey
Take on additional hours as the clinic grows
Potentially transition into a combined sales and Case Management role
Build a long-term career working directly with patients
The position may remain hourly as hours and responsibilities increase. A salaried arrangement is not required.
Training for this role is extensive, and we invest significant time and resources in helping the right person succeed.
PHASE 1: SALES AND CONSULTATIONS
As the Patient Sales Consultant, you will conduct new patient consultations for our medical-grade light therapy and weight loss programs.
You will learn about each patient’s goals, challenges, concerns, and motivations. You will then educate the patient, recommend the most appropriate program, present available options, and confidently guide them toward starting care.
Once a patient enrolls, the Case Manager will take over the ongoing execution and management of the program.
Your initial responsibility is to provide a professional consultation and create a clean, confident handoff to the care team.
PHASE 2: GROWTH INTO CASE MANAGEMENT
As you gain experience and demonstrate consistency, you may begin taking on Case Management responsibilities, including:
Conducting patient onboarding appointments
Guiding patients through their weight loss or light therapy programs
Performing progress evaluations and re-exams
Conducting Styku body scans and measurements
Reviewing progress with patients
Providing accountability and encouragement
Educating patients on program expectations and consistency
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
Supporting patient retention and program completion
Presenting continued-care or next-step options when appropriate
The goal is for the right person to eventually understand and support the full patient journey—from the initial consultation through ongoing care and results.
