  • Shift: Full Time, 1st Shift, 5:30am start, Monday-Friday with some weekends

  • Salary: Starting at $90,000 or above based on experience and education, plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:  

  • The Maintenance Supervisor maintains preventive and predictive maintenance programs, failure and root cause analysis 
  • A responsibility of the Maintenance Supervisor is to maintain safe work environment, host safety meetings, ensure safety compliance shop safety inspections, and enforce lock-out/tag-out program  
  • This role will ensure equipment and plant is maintained by the Maintenance Supervisor and operating at company standards 
  • Additionally, you will ensure service calls and machinery repairs, in a compliant stockroom, are completed in a timely manner as well as support mechanics with machine troubleshooting 
  • Other projects or duties as assigned 

Required Education and Experience:  

  • Bachelor's degree with 3 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma or Technical School Certification and 6 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience 

Preferred Education and Experience:  

  • Electrical Certification, Vocational Certification or Bachelor’s Degree
