Job Title: Maintenance Technician Department: Facilities & Maintenance

Reports to: Facilities & Maintenance Manager Effective Date: July 2026

Job Summary

North Ridge Country Club is a private country club providing our members with premium club amenities. The Facilities & Maintenance team is dedicated to keeping the Club operating safely and efficiently, from HVAC systems and plumbing to electrical systems, swimming pools, and general building maintenance. The Maintenance Technician works under the direction of the Facilities & Maintenance Manager and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and exceptional service to our members and staff. The Facilities & Maintenance team supports the Club's operations seven days a week, 365 days a year, ensuring our members and staff have a safe, well-maintained, and fully operational facility.ย This position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and participation in on-call rotation as needed.ย 

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
  • Complete general repairs and maintenance in a timely manner.
  • Perform tasks related to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
  • Maintain swimming pools and related equipment in accordance with CPO standards.
  • Repair and maintain facility equipment and fixtures.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders.
  • Oversee and coordinate the work of contracted vendors.
  • Attend required training, safety programs, and staff meetings.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and complete shift reports.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency call-ins as needed to support Club operations.ย

Education and Experience


ย ย ย ย High school diploma or GED required.

ย ย ย ย General knowledge of building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

ย ย ย ย Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required within 90 days of hire.

ย ย ย ย EPA Section 608 HVAC Certification preferred, but not required.

ย ย ย ย Valid driver's license required.


Physical Requirements


ย ย ย ย Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the Club campus.

ย ย ย ย Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

ย ย ย ย Ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and perform work at varying heights when necessary.
