What You'll Be Doing

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with operations and production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Identify opportunities for process and equipment optimization to enhance reliability. Project oversight, keeping track of overall expenes.

What Are We Looking For

  • Strong technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical, and hydraulic systems commonly used in cement manufacturing, with the ability to understand and troubleshoot rotary kilns, mills, gearboxes, bearings, pumps, and material handling equipment.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues efficiently, using root cause analysis, vibration data, thermography, and other reliability tools to support long term asset performance
  • A strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to lant procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, and industry best practices in a high risk industrial environment.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with operations, engineering, and maintenance crews to support plant goals an maintain equipment availability..
