Job description

The Millennium Group (TMG) is an award-winning business process outsourcing firm focused on print, mail, document scanning, reception, and related office support services for Fortune 500 companies, professional service firms, and institutions of higher education. TMG is looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic team players interested in a career rather than just a job. With a team of over 1,500 nationwide associates, TMG is seeking an individual who can uniquely contribute to our 30+ years of success in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Support Facility Manager to ensure accurate and expedient completion of all work orders for the local site.
• Need to travel to the T-Mobile Irving TX. site one to two times per week depending on needs.
• Manage in-house work order support includes task such as:
• Consult with manager and conduct associate disciplinary action as needed.
o Conference room setup and take down.
o Event setup support
o Weekly Conference Room Maintenance
o Conference room setups
o Post and remove posters and flyers around the campus and elevators as requested.
o Remove any extra recycle (breakdown boxes)


• Ordering of supplies. Maintain par levels, and monitoring expiration date of perishables.
• Stocking of mailrooms/kitchen pantry
• Manage mailroom shipping/receiving operation and support to ensure same day delivery of all incoming mail/packages. And same day preparation for all out outgoing mail/packages.
• Deliver mailroom metrics weekly/monthly.

Qualifications:

•Good communication skills.
•Basic understanding of operating instructions and processes for machines.
•Basic understanding of or the ability to learn locations and organizational structure of the company.
•Basic understanding of postage rates and regulations.
•Ability to correctly sort and distribute large amounts of mail.
•Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
•Ability to complete projects in a timely manner.

Education and Experience:
•High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
•Experience in a related area preferred but not required

Physical Requirements:
•Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
•Must be able to traverse office facilities to pick up mail.
