Mailing Production Associate

• $17.00/hour • Temp-to-Hire


About This Opportunity

The Mailing Helper supports production by assisting with mailing machines, feeding materials, sorting, and ensuring accuracy and quality.


Bonus Opportunity

  • $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days

Assignment Details

Pay: $17.00/hour

Schedule:

1st Shift- Monday-Friday 5:00 AM-1:00 PM

2nd Shift- Monday-Friday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Possibly 1:00 PM- 9:00 PM based on workload)

Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Start: ASAP


Pre Employment Requirements

  • Client Interview Required

Responsibilities

  • Feed and support mailing machines at production speed
  • Inspect materials for accuracy
  • Read job tickets and instructions
  • Follow operator direction
  • Maintain clean workspace
  • Operate manual forklift
  • Report issues promptly

Work Environment and Dress Code

  • Dress Code: Jeans/ Work Pants, plain colored t-shirt (no logos), close-toed shoes
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail (critical for sorting by area codes)
  • Ability to follow directions and work at a steady pace
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

  • Solid work history
