Admin Support On Unit

The Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Admin Support On Unit at Georgia Regional Hospital - Atlanta, located in Decatur, GA.

Salary: $31,636.80 - $37,065.60

Job Grade C _- E

Job Description:

This position supports the Nurse Managers on the Units with administrative functions.

Job Responsibilities:

Performs a variety of clerical support functions for the Unit.

Conducts clerical research, gathering and compiling information using a variety of resources to prepare, assemble or generate reports

Receive, screen and direct telephone communications and greet or assist internal or external customers

Operates office equipment and maintains supplies

Provides general clerical support to the unit to include such tasks as data entry/maintenance, copying/distributing documents and materials, maintaining record-keeping and filing systems, etc.

Qualifications:

1. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

2. Ability to maintain routine clerical records

3. Ability to maintain and update filing, inventory and mailing system

4. Ability to prepare related reports
