Job description

TMG is looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic team players interested in a career rather than just a job. With a team of over 1,500 nationwide associates, TMG is seeking an individual who can uniquely contribute to our 30+ years of success in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • • Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
    • Sort and deliver mail/packages to corresponding departments onsite and remote locations.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in explaining all products, services, turnaround times, delivery schedules, and guarantees to the clients
    • Maintain all records and compliance on security and confidentiality of client materials
    • Maintains a facility that is organized and meets tour quality standards at all times
    • Display high ethical standard, integrity, work ethic, and loyalty
    • Sort and deliver mail/packages to corresponding departments
    Clean/organize/stock
    • Handles sensitive and Ior confidential documents and information responsibly, and with integrity
    • Cross train in all service areas and provides backup support as needed.
    • Communicates professionally via email and verbally
    • Ensure all work is performed according to client specifications, meeting and exceeding expectations
    • Deliver support for specialty projects as required
    • Collect data for monthly reports, complete and submit reports within requirements
    • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • * High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
    * Minimum of 2-5 years Mail services related experience
    * 1-3 years' experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc.).
    * Excellent customer service skills; must possess a "can do" attitude.
    * Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
    * Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment.
    * Competency in performing multiple functional tasks.
    * Attention to detail.
    * Ability to handle mail or hand cart, as well as flatbed.
    * Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
