Job Summary:
The MAC Support Technician is responsible for supporting Apple macOS and iOS systems as well as Windows OS in an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Apple hardware/software and be comfortable providing remote and onsite end-user support.
Responsibilities:
  • Support macOS (10.10 to latest) and iOS (11.x.x to latest), including troubleshooting, configuration, and deployment.
  • Provide end-user support through chat, email, phone, and remote access.
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft Office Suite, OneDrive, Teams, and Outlook on both Windows and macOS.
  • Support hardware peripherals (monitors, printers, scanners).

Required Skills and Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience with Apple macOS and iOS in enterprise settings.
  • JAMF administration experience.
  • Experience with Office 365 in Mac and Windows environments.
  • Familiarity with enterprise networking concepts, user documentation, and customer training.
