Job description

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Mac Support Specialist / Mac Administrator to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in macOS administration, end-user computing support, desktop troubleshooting, and IT asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user support for macOS systems and related applications
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Mac devices
  • Handle desktop support including upgrades, issue resolution, and hardware/software setup
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and device policies
  • Oversee IT asset management including procurement, tagging, tracking, and lifecycle management
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for all IT assets
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes (device setup, recovery, access provisioning)
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security, compliance, and system performance
  • Participate in after-hours/on-call support as needed

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in Mac Administration / macOS environment
  • Strong hands-on experience in EUC / Desktop Support
  • Experience with device management tools such as JAMF, Intune, or other MDM solutions
  • Knowledge of asset and inventory management systems
  • Familiarity with Active Directory / Azure AD
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and end-user support experience
