Job description

Job Title: Mac Support Technician
Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Mac specialist to join a prominent healthcare organization. The role involves supporting the transition of old Mac equipment to new, handling both hardware and software upgrades, imaging machines, resolving application issues, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain detailed inventory of hardware and software used at private practices.
  • Support simultaneous projects at various hospital sites, addressing Mac software, application, and hardware issues, and providing upgrades and MDM support.
  • Assist computer users with the installation of basic hardware/software and networking components to meet personal computer needs.
  • Image workstations accurately and validate application functionality.
  • Deploy workstation setups and ensure excellent cable management.
  • Assist or lead site deployments for end-user hardware rollouts.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
