Key Responsibilities:
Manage and administer macOS devices using JAMF Pro Cloud.
Configure and maintain Jamf Software Server (JSS) and related application deployments.
Manage Chromebook devices through Google Admin Console.
Support macOS beta, pilot, and production deployments across the enterprise.
Provide L1 through L4 support for enterprise endpoint devices.
Automate administrative and reporting tasks using Bash, Shell, Python, or AppleScript.
Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and endpoint management issues.
Ensure endpoint compliance, security, and operational stability.
Strong hands-on experience with JAMF Pro Administration.
Experience managing large-scale macOS environments.
Expertise with Google Admin Console and Chromebook administration.
Experience configuring and supporting JSS (Jamf Software Server).
