Job description

Job Summary:
Progressive Leasing is a leading provider of in-store and e-commerce lease-to-own solutions. They are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer - EUC to design, implement, secure, and support enterprise endpoint management solutions across their EUC environment, primarily focusing on macOS management.
Responsibilities:
• Administer and enhance macOS endpoint management using Jamf Pro, including policies, profiles, scripting, patching, inventory, reporting, and application deployment.
• Design and support zero‑touch and remote macOS deployment workflows, covering automated provisioning, enrollment, configuration, and user-ready handoff.
• Package, deploy, update, and lifecycle-manage macOS applications and operating systems while minimizing end-user disruption.
• Support Windows endpoint management via Intune, Entra ID, and ConnectWise Automate, including compliance policies, application deployment, remediation, and reporting.
• Partner with Security to implement secure endpoint baselines, compliance controls, vulnerability remediation, and audit-ready evidence.
• Build and maintain automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or AppleScript to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot complex macOS and Windows endpoint issues and collaborate cross-functionally while following change management, documentation, and release processes.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Hands-on experience managing macOS endpoints in an enterprise environment using Jamf Pro, including configuration profiles, policies, software deployment, patching, inventory, scripting, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Apple ecosystem administration, including Apple Business Manager, automated device enrollment, macOS lifecycle management, volume purchasing, and certificate-based workflows.
• Experience supporting Windows endpoint management with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and related Microsoft endpoint solutions.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Bash, PowerShell, Python, AppleScript, or similar languages.
• Working knowledge of identity and access management and endpoint security like Okta, Entra ID, SSO, along with conditional access devices, compliance, and security tooling (EDR, DLP, encryption, baselines).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently or collaboratively, including participation in after-hours support as needed.
