Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and administer macOS devices using JAMF Pro Cloud.

  • Configure and maintain Jamf Software Server (JSS) and related application deployments.

  • Manage Chromebook devices through Google Admin Console.

  • Support macOS beta, pilot, and production deployments across the enterprise.

  • Provide L1 through L4 support for enterprise endpoint devices.

  • Automate administrative and reporting tasks using Bash, Shell, Python, or AppleScript.

  • Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and endpoint management issues.

  • Ensure endpoint compliance, security, and operational stability.

Required Qualifications:
  • Strong hands-on experience with JAMF Pro Administration.

  • Experience managing large-scale macOS environments.

  • Expertise with Google Admin Console and Chromebook administration.

  • Experience configuring and supporting JSS (Jamf Software Server).

  • Knowledge of endpoint deployment, software packaging, and patch management.

  • Scripting experience using Bash, Shell, Python, or AppleScript.

  • Experience providing advanced endpoint support in enterprise environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM).

  • Familiarity with endpoint security and compliance tools.

  • Experience integrating JAMF with Microsoft Intune or other MDM platforms.
