Help Desk Technician

We’re looking for a Help Desk Technician to serve as the first point of contact for IT support while handling a steady ticket queue in a fast-paced environment. This role supports a mix of hardware, software, and basic network issues, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and customer experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and prioritize tickets to ensure timely resolution
  • Troubleshoot issues across PCs, Macs, printers, and Office 365
  • Provide ServiceNow support, including ticket documentation and updates
  • Handle Active Directory tasks (password resets, account support)
  • Support basic networking issues (connectivity, routers/switches)
  • Escalate recurring or complex issues and help identify trends

What You Bring

  • Hands-on help desk / service desk experience (not entry level)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and Mac environments
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Office 365, and Active Directory
  • Solid communication skills and a customer-first mindset

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
