We're looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to build the brand, growth, and category‑creation engine for a publicly traded company operating in one of the fastest‑moving and best‑funded segments of financial technology. A passion for and deep understanding of prediction markets is a massive plus.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a highly strategic, growth‑oriented leadership role responsible for how the company is perceived and how efficiently it acquires, retains, and engages customers.

The CMO will partner cross‑functionally across Product, Revenue, Finance, Investor Relations, and the broader executive team to drive user acquisition, retention, brand leadership, and long‑term growth while supporting the company's broader strategic objectives.

About the Company

We are a publicly traded technology company operating at the intersection of financial technology, digital marketplaces, and regulated consumer products. Our platform is helping define one of the fastest‑growing categories in financial technology, combining innovative product experiences with a strong commitment to trust, transparency, and long‑term growth.

Backed by experienced leadership and significant market momentum, we're building the category‑defining platform in an industry that is still in its earliest stages.

What you'll do
  • Define and execute the company's overall marketing strategy, spanning both performance marketing (acquisition, conversion, and retention) and brand marketing (identity, positioning, and trust-building).
  • Build and scale performance marketing programs—including paid acquisition, affiliate marketing, partnerships, and organic growth—while maintaining disciplined CAC/LTV economics.
  • Own brand marketing and creative strategy, building a differentiated and trusted brand that supports both customer acquisition and long‑term retention.
  • Define and articulate the company's unique position within an emerging financial technology category, creating clear differentiation from competing platforms and alternatives.
  • Own pricing and promotional strategy alignment with revenue‑driven acquisition goals.
  • Partner closely with Product leadership on go‑to‑market strategy for new products, features, market categories, and geographic expansion initiatives.
  • Build and lead a world‑class marketing organization across growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, brand partnerships, influencer and ambassador programs, strategic partnerships, communications, and creative.
  • Build and manage relationships with agencies, strategic partners, and external vendors.
  • Coordinate with Investor Relations to ensure all public‑facing marketing communications remain aligned with public company disclosure requirements and broader corporate messaging.
  • Own brand health, share of voice, acquisition funnel performance, and other core marketing metrics, reporting regularly to the CEO and Board of Directors.
  • Support international growth initiatives as the company expands into new markets.
Who you are

Required

  • 10+ years of marketing leadership experience, including serving as a Chief Marketing Officer, VP of Marketing, or senior marketing executive within a high‑growth consumer fintech, trading platform, gaming, marketplace, or consumer technology business.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling customer acquisition within a regulated or trust‑sensitive industry.
  • Strong quantitative fluency with hands‑on ownership of CAC/LTV analysis, marketing attribution, funnel optimization, conversion metrics, and marketing ROI.
  • Proven track record of building compelling brand narratives within competitive, well‑funded markets.
  • Executive presence with experience presenting to Boards of Directors and supporting investor‑facing communications.

Preferred

  • Experience within prediction markets, sports betting, trading platforms, brokerages, digital assets, cryptocurrency, DeFi, or other regulated consumer financial products.
  • Experience marketing a publicly traded company—or a business preparing for heightened public and regulatory scrutiny.
  • Experience building a marketing organization from an earlier stage of growth rather than simply inheriting and scaling a mature team.
What Success Looks Like
  • A clearly differentiated brand recognized as the trusted leader within its category.
  • A highly efficient and scalable customer acquisition engine with continually improving CAC/LTV performance.
  • Marketing initiatives that translate directly into measurable user growth, engagement, and revenue while working closely with executive leadership to drive long‑term business performance.
