Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead revenue forecasting, sales performance reporting, and ARR analysis as part of the monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles.

Support the modeling and forecasting of ARR, NDR, churn, expansion, and upsell trends, providing actionable insights that directly impact go-to-market strategy.

Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to develop dashboards and models that track pipeline health, conversion rates, and cohort behavior.

Develop and present business insights, sales analytics, and key performance indicators (e.g., CAC, LTV, NRR) to senior leadership and functional stakeholders.

Drive automation and scale in forecasting tools and reporting processes, particularly as they relate to revenue analytics and sales performance tracking.

Maintain and enhance forecasting infrastructure to support scalable ARR projections and retention cohort analysis.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

5+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience with a strong emphasis on SaaS metrics, ARR forecasting, and sales analytics.

Demonstrated experience in building and supporting models focused on revenue forecasting, churn analysis, and NDR/ARR insights.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial planning and enterprise reporting systems.

Familiarity with business intelligence tools is a plus.

Deep understanding of SaaS metrics: ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, NRR/NDR, Churn, Expansion.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large datasets and turn complex findings into business recommendations.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in a high-growth SaaS or subscription-based business.

Background in sales finance or revenue operations.

Exposure to investor reporting and board-level communications focused on growth metrics.

A reasonable estimate of this role's hiring base salary range is $88,000 - $115,000.The actual salary offered may be outside of this range depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to a candidate's education, training, experience, location, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, all CP Payroll team members receive equity and participate in either an annual bonus plan, based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.

This role is eligible for an annual bonus with a target of 7.5% of base salary,based on company and individual performance.
