Execute hands-on campaign setup, testing, optimization, and scaling, including audience strategy, creative testing, and budget pacing.
Execute tactics to grow our customer base in new segments.
Support display prospecting and retargeting initiatives in alignment with broader acquisition goals.
Partner closely with creative teams to develop and iterate high-performing ad creative, as well as ideate new creative concepts.
Assist in management of the DTC affiliate program, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and compliance.
Working with our agency, build and deepen relationships with affiliate partners, publishers, and creators.
Evaluate partner-specific promotional, merchandising, and content proposals to maximize performance.
Negotiate commission structures, placements, and strategic partnerships that align with ROI targets.
Assist in identifying new affiliates across underpenetrated audiences and customer segments.
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to affiliate marketing best practices and guidelines.
Influencer Marketing
Collaborate with creator partners as part of affiliate and paid social strategies.
Evaluate influencers for brand fit, and manage asset submissions and refinement.
Analytics & Optimization
Track, analyze, and report on channel performance using dashboards, attribution tools, and platform reporting.
Optimize campaigns based on CAC, ROAS and LTV
Provide insights and recommendations to improve channel mix and acquisition strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with merchandising, creative, analytics, and brand teams to plan promotions and campaigns.
Align performance initiatives with seasonal merchandising and promotional calendars.
Contribute to broader digital acquisition strategy and testing roadmap.

What You Bring to the Table
3–5 years of experience in performance or growth marketing for an e-commerce or DTC brand.
Hands-on experience managing affiliate marketing programs and at least one major affiliate platform (Impact, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten, AWIN, or similar).
Direct experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta and Pinterest.
Experience working with influencers or creator-driven performance partnerships.
Strong analytical skills with experience building and interpreting performance dashboards.
Proven ability to optimize campaigns based on ROI, CAC, and LTV metrics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (1-2 days per week in-office).

Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing additional acquisition channels (display, SEM, or other paid media).
Familiarity with merchandising and promotional planning in a retail environment.
Understanding of attribution, incrementality, and full-funnel performance measurement.
