Job description

Description:

TMI is a category-leading temporary-tattoo manufacturer and multi-brand portfolio (DTC, Amazon, retail, B2B) transforming from a traditional printer into a product-led, digital-first commerce company. You will be the single architect and owner of the technology that makes that leap possible — with full autonomy, a seat at the leadership table, and a clear runway to VP or CTO.

Why this role stands out

? Total ownership — ERP, ecommerce, CRM/martech, data, security, and infrastructure unified under one leader.

? Measured on growth — success is revenue, conversion, and LTV, not just uptime.

? Build at a pivotal moment — shape the foundation during a once-in-a-company reinvention.

The role

You’ll unify TMI’s technology footprint into one cohesive environment that drives revenue, operational excellence, and an exceptional end-to-end customer experience. The work blends strategy with hands-on leadership: you’ll set the roadmap and roll up your sleeves to deliver it, partnering across Marketing, Operations, Product, Sales, and Finance. In a high-SKU, high-mix, short-run manufacturing and mass-customization business, you’ll connect the systems that let us design, sell, produce, and ship at scale.

What you’ll own

Ecommerce & Marketplace

– Own the technology roadmap across Shopify, Amazon, and future channels.

– Lift conversion, AOV, retention, product discovery, and checkout with Marketing & Product.

– Ensure the customer design/customizer tool renders and prints accurately across sizes and styles.

– Manage web performance, uptime, site speed, tagging, and A/B & multivariate testing.

ERP, Infrastructure & Operations

– Lead full PrintVis ERP implementation and adoption across production, planning, inventory, and fulfillment.

– Integrate ERP with e-commerce, CRM, analytics, and 3PL/WMS systems.

– Oversee cloud, networking, cybersecurity, end-user support, and IT operations.

– Automate to raise throughput and remove manual touchpoints.

Martech, CRM & Lifecycle

– Own the CRM/CDP/ESP stack powering lifecycle automation and segmentation.

– Grow repeat purchase and LTV via personalization, loyalty, and remarketing.

– Give Marketing accurate dashboards across CAC, LTV, ROAS, CVR, and attribution.

Data & Analytics

– Build the centralized data layer connecting ERP, ecommerce, CRM, and marketplaces.

– Deliver executive dashboards for forecasting, demand, behavior, and margin.

– Establish data governance and standard metrics company-wide.

Security & Governance

– Own the cybersecurity roadmap, access management, and compliance readiness.

– Lead incident response and business continuity.

– Create policies, standards, and training that scale with rapid growth.

Leadership & Collaboration

– Lead a small, high-impact internal team and strategically deploy vendors.

– Translate business needs into scalable, measurable solutions.

– Drive cross-functional prioritization across the company.

What success looks like

• Growth in DTC and marketplace revenue.

• Improvements in conversion rate, AOV, repeat rate, and customer LTV.

• Reduced TACoS / ROAS waste through better data and attribution.

• On-time fully adopted PrintVis deployment.

• Improved fulfillment accuracy, lead time, and automation.

• Strong site performance — speed, uptime, and Core Web Vitals.

• Higher implementation velocity and measurable gains in security maturity.

What you bring

Must-have

– 8+ years leading technology for e-commerce, marketplace, on-demand manufacturing, or mass customization.

– Hands-on ownership of ERP + ecommerce + CRM/martech + data, end-to-end.

– A track record of growing revenue through technology — not just keeping systems running.

– Experience integrating cloud-based ERP with e-commerce platforms.

– Proven ability to manage vendors, contractors, and a small internal team.

Strong - plus

– POD / web-to-print / personalization platform experience.

– Shopify ecosystem depth and Amazon Seller Central technical integration.

– PrintVis or comparable ERP (Dynamics 365 BC, PrintIQ, EFI Pace, Radius, etc.).

– High-SKU, high-mix, short-run manufacturing experience.
