Job description

Purpose of Position
The Influencer Partnerships Associate Manager supports the strategic growth and day-to-day success of influencer and influencer-affiliate programs for leading brands. In this role, you'll work closely with senior team members to manage programs, analyze performance, and help shape influencer strategies that drive measurable results. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step beyond execution into a strategic, client facing role-with growing ownership over program direction and the expectation to lead client discussions, present insights, and help guide influencer strategy.
Key Tasks
Account & Client Support
  • Support the Account Manager in managing assigned client relationships, including preparation for client calls, reporting, and follow-ups.
  • Lead defined program workstreams such as recruitment initiatives, seasonal activations, or optimization projects.
  • Draft client-facing performance insights, recommendations, and recap materials for review.

Strategy & Optimization
  • Analyze creator and program performance to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Support the development and execution of influencer recruitment, activation, and optimization strategies.
  • Recommend optimizations related to creator mix, incentives, commission structures, and content formats.

Execution Oversight
  • Oversee day-to-day execution managed by Specialists, ensuring timelines, accuracy, and quality standards are met.
  • QA tracking setups, reports, and creator activations prior to delivery.
  • Troubleshoot escalated creator or tracking issues in partnership with internal teams.

Reporting & Insights
  • Own reporting and performance analysis for assigned workstreams or programs.
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights aligned with client KPIs.
  • Support QBR preparation and performance reviews.

Team & Process Contribution
  • Act as a mentor and escalation point for Influencer Partnerships Specialists.
  • Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and program playbooks.
  • Collaborate closely with Affiliate Account Management teams to ensure influencer and influencer-affiliate programs align with broader affiliate strategy and client objectives.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution, clear communication, and alignment across program stakeholders.

Experience & Skills
  • 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or performance partnerships.
  • Experience supporting client relationships and strategic initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and storytelling skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CreatorIQ (or similar platforms), Excel/Sheets, and project management tools.
  • Confident communicator with growing presentation skills.

Our Offer
  • Flexi-Week: We prioritise your mental health and wellbeing by offering you a four-day Flexi-Week (with one lighter or completely disconnected day per week) at full pay, with no reduction to your annual holiday allowance.
  • Flexi-Office: We offer an international culture and flexibility through our hybrid working model, designed to foster collaboration, trust, and autonomy.
  • Work Expense Contribution & Remote Working Furniture: You will receive a monthly allowance to cover part of your running costs, as well as a furniture package to support you in setting up a comfortable workspace at home.
  • Medical & Life Insurance: Comprehensive health, vision, and dental coverage, along with life insurance protection for you and your family. We offer comprehensive premiums for health (CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield of Maryland), dental, and vision which are 100% covered for the employee and 50% for spouses with eligibility on the first of the month after hire date.
  • 401(k): We contribute regularly to support your long-term retirement savings.
  • Paid Vacation & Time Off: Competitive personal time off as well as sick days. We also offer a variety of different paid special leaves as well as various maternity/paternity for expecting parents
