  • Research emerging games, platforms and creator trends; contribute creative ideas for increasing engagement and virality.

  • Adapt to shifting priorities and help shape processes-not just follow them.

  • Play Snail Games USA's titles during development cycles to determine player audience profile, selection, and influencer strategy

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, business or related.

  • 3-6 years in digital or influencer marketing, community management, or outreach operations.

  • Strong experience managing highvolume outreach and organizing detailed tracking systems.

  • True gamer mindset: you're familiar with streaming platforms, follow gameinfluencer culture, track trends across game genres.

  • Exceptional organizational skills in order to work with influencers, creators and talent management on multiple influencer campaigns.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; you know how to personalise outreach at scale.

  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data tracking).

  • Proactive, problemsolver mindset; you thrive in fastpaced environments and follow through despite rejection/nonresponses.

  • Strong experience on Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok influencer/community ecosystems

  • Servicing clients and campaigns during non work hours and occasional weekends.

Nice to Have:

  • Personal experience with content creation or streaming.

  • Familiarity with Discord is a plus; experience moderating servers, responding to community inquiries, and posting announcements

What You'll Learn & Grow Into:

  • Senior Campaign Leadership - Develop the skills and experience to take full ownership of influencer and creator campaigns, leading initiatives from strategic planning and partner selection through execution, optimization, and performance analysis.

  • Industry Thought Leadership - Build deep expertise in gaming marketing, game launches, and influencer partnerships, becoming a trusted voice in campaign strategy, creator engagement, and emerging industry trends.
