About The Opportunity
We're looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic and driven Campaign Manager to join our campaign delivery team! We have a fantastic culture with a collaborative environment where everyone pitches in and has the chance to excel.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop influencer marketing strategies and campaign plans tailored to client objectives.
  • Identify and select suitable influencers for each campaign, considering factors like brand alignment and audience reach.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a diverse network of influencers.
  • Negotiate and secure influencer partnerships, including compensation, deliverables, and contractual agreements.
  • Provide influencers with clear guidelines and creative briefs for campaign content.
  • Review and approve influencer-generated content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Coordinate content approvals with clients and ensure all necessary revisions are made.
  • Create and manage project timelines, ensuring all campaign milestones are met.
  • Oversee budgets and expenditures for each campaign to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Generate regular campaign reports, providing insights into key metrics and performance against KPIs.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Present campaign results to clients and make strategic recommendations for future initiatives.

Role Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience planning and executing Influencer campaigns
  • Demonstrable experience delegating and prioritizing an ever-changing workload
