In this role, you'll manage and coordinate shipments from start to finish, working closely with carriers to establish schedules, confirm rates, and ensure freight moves efficiently. You'll leverage Trinity's tools and Transportation Management System to track and trace shipments, proactively identify issues, and implement effective solutions. Job Responsibilities: What You'll Be Doing
  • Maintain strong customer relationships while communicating regularly with carriers to promote Trinity's services and tools.
  • Manage and coordinate daily shipments, ensuring accurate tracking and tracing from origin to destination.
  • Establish and coordinate shipment schedules with carriers and tender freight accordingly.
  • Negotiate and confirm competitive rates with carrier partners.
  • Update and maintain all shipment activity within the Transportation Management System (TMS).
  • Proactively identify potential issues and implement swift, effective solutions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue, load count, and profit objectives.
  • Participate in special projects and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
