Job description

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking a dedicated Logistics Associate to join their team. As a Logistics Associate, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting various logistical functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive within a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Job Title: Logistics Associate

Location: Eagan, MN

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Position Type: 3-Month Contract-to-Hire

Shift: Monday - Friday; 7:00AM - 3:30PM (or finished)

What's the Job?

  • Perform a variety of warehouse tasks including picking, repack, shipping, and receiving
  • Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts for loading and unloading
  • Build pallets and prepare shipments for dispatch
  • Stock and replenish inventory as needed
  • Assist with general maintenance and cycle counting activities

What's Needed?

  • Warehouse/Distribution Center experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
  • Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or transportation environment is preferred but not required
  • High school diploma or GED required
