We are looking for a highly motivated Warehouse and Logistics Associate to assist the company in management of outbound shipments and internal movements of material. They'll be a key member of our supply chain team working closely with our procurement and operations teams. Focus will be on material movement, logistics support, and inventory management. 

What You'll Do
  • Material Movement: Perform receiving, stocking, shipping, and issuing to the production floor for all materials. Materials include outbound and inbound parts, consumables, office supplies, used packaging, and other items in the warehouse.
  • Packaging: Support packing, palletizing, weighing, recycling, and labeling.
  • Logistics: Perform the creation of truck loading plans, parts loading, unloading, parcel delivery, driver location follow-ups, and other related activities.
  • Documentation: Update ERP systems and external documentation related to warehouse and logistics. This includes doing order receipts, invoicing, open delivery reports, bill of lading, international shipping customs paperwork, creating / closing tickets, parcel label creation, bin creations, parts returns, etc.
  • Inventory Accuracy: Support cycle counts, quantity gap reconciliation, warehouse housekeeping tasks, and documentation needed to maintain accurate inventory and timely ERP updates.
  • Incoming Inspection: Verify quantity, part numbers, description, arrival dates, and documents of incoming materials.

Who You Are

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • You have shipping and warehouse experience (5+ years)
  • Able to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks/dollies.
  • Able to use PC, MS Office software, and NetSuite or appropriate business system software
