Job description

Our client, a leader in logistics and supply chain management, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Logistics Associate II to join their team. As a Logistics Associate II, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations, supporting various functions to ensure smooth and efficient processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, aligning successfully with the organizationโ€™s commitment to excellence and safety.

Job Title: Logistics Associate II

Location: Eagan, MN

Pay Rate:ย $20.00/hour

Position Type:ย 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

Shift: Monday - Friday; 7:00AM - 3:30PM

What's the Job?

  • Perform a variety of warehouse tasks including picking, repack, shipping, and receiving
  • Build pallets and load/unload shipments using pallet jacks or sit-down forklifts
  • Stock and replenish inventory to maintain optimal warehouse organization
  • Assist with general maintenance of warehouse facilities and equipment
  • Support cycle counting and inventory accuracy efforts as part of the ISC team

What's Needed?

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
  • Ability to follow safety standards and work under supervision
  • Experience in warehousing, manufacturing, or transportation is a plus but not required
