  • 40 hours/week, 24 Month Assignment

A leading electronics testing company is seeking a Logistics Associate to support warehouse and distribution operations by performing shipping, receiving, inventory handling, order fulfillment, carrier coordination, documentation management, and material movement while ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely delivery of products in a fast-paced environment.
Logistics Associate Responsibilities:
  • Perform shipping, receiving, storage, distribution, inventory handling, and order fulfillment activities while inspecting incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices, documenting discrepancies, and rejecting unsatisfactory items when necessary.
  • Package, prepare, and process products for shipment by posting shipping weights and charges, maintaining accurate shipping and receiving records, and ensuring timely and compliant deliveries.
  • Review customer orders, examine inventory, distribute materials throughout warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing areas, and support efficient material flow across operations.
  • Coordinate directly with carriers to resolve inbound and outbound shipment issues while handling Bills of Lading (BOL), Air Waybills (AWB), master waybill documentation, and document archiving and retrieval in accordance with company procedures.
  • Operate material handling equipment as needed, support warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment, and maintain accuracy, safety, and productivity while lifting materials up to 50 pounds.

Logistics Associate Qualifications:
  • Warehouse, shipping, and receiving experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with carrier documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOL), Air Waybills (AWB), and master waybill numbers.
  • Oracle ERP experience is preferred.
  • Forklift operating experience is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
