K-Flex USA is a global leader in flexible insulation products, committed to safety, quality, and operational excellence. We are currently seeking a motivated Logistics Operator to join our growing Loredo warehouse team.
Position Summary
The Logistics Operator plays a key role in daily warehouse operations, including safely operating forklifts, managing inventory transactions, and supporting order accuracy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in logistics and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate forklifts and clamp trucks in compliance with all safety policies
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Perform inventory transactions using a PDA and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Verify orders, paperwork, and logistics transactions for accuracy
  • Move K-Flex products and materials to internal and external customers
  • Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the supervisor
  • Complete required operational paperwork accurately and timely
  • Follow all ERP and warehouse procedures
  • Assist with problem-solving related to warehouse operations
  • Cross-train in other logistics areas as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
  • 0-6 months of general warehouse experience (forklift experience strongly preferred)
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Sit-down forklift experience or ability to obtain forklift certification
  • Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a warehouse environment
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work well with others
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs regularly
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and kneeling
  • Use of hands, arms, and legs to lift, push, pull, and reach
  • Comfortable working around moving mechanical parts, heat, and moderate noise
