Warehouse, Shipping & Logistics Associate
Join the Felder Group USA Team

Felder Group USA is seeking a Warehouse, Shipping & Logistics Associate to join our team in New Castle, Delaware. This position is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations while developing the skills to manage the complete shipping process-from receiving inventory and preparing machinery for shipment to scheduling customer deliveries, coordinating freight carriers, and loading outbound shipments.
The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and confident operating forklifts around large, high-value equipment. We are looking for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in quality work, and wants to become a well-rounded operations professional capable of packing, scheduling, loading, and shipping customer orders while helping keep warehouse operations running efficiently.
Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
  • Safely operate sit-down forklifts to move, stage, load, and unload woodworking machinery weighing up to 15,000 lbs.
  • Crate and prepare machinery for domestic and international shipments.
  • Process daily UPS parcel shipments using UPS WorldShip.
  • Receive incoming inventory and verify shipment accuracy.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory locations.
  • Assist with loading and unloading LTL, dedicated truckload, and ocean container shipments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Follow all company and OSHA safety policies and procedures.
Shipping & Logistics
  • Schedule customer deliveries and freight shipment appointments.
  • Coordinate with freight carriers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
  • Verify bills of lading, shipping paperwork, and other documentation for accuracy.
  • Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock replenishment.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Support warehouse operations by assisting teammates wherever needed to keep customer orders moving efficiently.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience preferred.
  • Experience operating a sit-down forklift around large, high-value equipment.
  • Ability to safely handle machinery weighing up to 15,000 lbs.
  • Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn shipping and warehouse software.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the workday.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
