You don't wait for issues to surface - you anticipate them, attack them, and keep customers confident every step of the way.

This isn't just data entry. This is relationship-building. It's strategy. It's execution. It's making sure every LTL shipment gets where it needs to go - at the right price, on the right timeline, with the right carrier.

  • Tendering and scheduling shipments with approved carriers
  • Managing daily shipment coordination and tracking

  • Responding promptly to emails, calls, and inquiries
  • Supporting special projects and additional duties as assigned
