Requirements
Your Role as a Lead Logistics Coordinator
As a Lead Logistics Coordinator at Spartan Logistics, you'll help ensure smooth and efficient operations by:
- Managing shipping and receiving processes with precision and attention to detail.
- Organizing and maintaining a well-structured office environment.
- Conducting physical inventories on a weekly and quarterly basis.
- Processing billing accurately and on schedule.
- Providing training and direction to employees when needed.
- Overseeing and coordinating shipping and receiving processes with accuracy and efficiency
- Acting as a go-to resource for team members, providing guidance, training, and day-to-day direction
- Supporting workflow prioritization to ensure operational deadlines are met
- Assisting leadership with process improvements and internal projects
- Stepping in to support operations and resolve issues as they arise
- Supporting internal projects and assisting with additional duties as assigned.
