Job Summary
We are a growing auto parts import/export company specializing in sourcing, distribution, and international trade of automotive components. We are seeking an experienced FTZ Import & Logistics Coordinator to manage daily import, admission, and export documentation within our Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) auto‐parts operation. This role is ideal for someone who understands compliance, QP/WP transmissions, inventory control requirements, and the fast‐paced nature of FTZ logistics. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end import processes, coordinate transportation, and ensure seamless integration of logistics operations. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review FTZ admission documentation, including QP transmissions, WP validations, and supporting documents
- Coordinate international shipments for imported auto parts.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to our warehouse.
- Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and carriers.
- Resolve shipping delays, customs issues, and logistics-related challenges.
- Maintain accurate records and update logistics databases.
- Ensure compliance with import regulations and company policies.
- Maintain organized, audit‐ready FTZ files for CBP compliance
Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, import/export operations, supply chain, or transportation coordination.
- Knowledge of customs procedures, shipping documentation, and international trade regulations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is required
