Job description

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Logistics Specialist positions in Eagan, MN. This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a Logistics Specialist, while learning new ones to assist you in your career.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain customer profiles and accurately enter customer tenders into the Freight Optimizer system.

  • Coordinate routing, dispatching, and traffic management activities.

  • Monitor daily pickups and deliveries to ensure on-time and damage-free shipments.

  • Receive and document driver check calls and verify delivery timelines.

Requirements

· Experience writing routine reports and business correspondence.

  • 1 year of logistics experience.

  • General knowledge of the transportation and freight industry.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
