Are you ready to take the next step in your retail leadership career? As a General Manager in Training, you'll gain hands-on experience leading all aspects of a high-volume retail business while developing the skills needed to become a successful General Manager.
This immersive training program combines real-world leadership experience, mentorship, and structured development to prepare you to confidently lead a store, build high-performing teams, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn all facets of store operations, including sales, merchandising, inventory management, customer experience, safety, and financial performance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members while building an engaged and accountable culture.
  • Partner with experienced store leaders to strengthen your business acumen and leadership capabilities.
  • Analyze sales and operational metrics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure operational excellence through execution of company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and talent development initiatives.
  • Champion a safe, clean, and customer-focused shopping environment.
  • Take ownership of special projects and store initiatives that prepare you for future leadership opportunities.

Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, military, logistics, operations, or another customer-focused environment.
  • Passion for leading and developing people.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze information and make sound business decisions.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to relocate within the region upon successful completion of the training program (if applicable).

Requirements:
  • Ability to travel frequently (up to 75%, including some nights/weekends)
  • Ability to pass State and Federal background checks (Federal Firearm Licensing)
  • Must be willing and able to relocate as needed to support business needs and career growth opportunities.
