Join Allied Universal at a professional front desk location supporting the aero and defense industry, where you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism and care. This role is ideal for someone who values teamwork, integrity, and strong communication while helping to create a smooth and respectful experience for everyone entering the site. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.75 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Tue 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Wed 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: * Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures and front desk protocols at an aerospace and defense location.

* Monitor lobby and reception area activity, verify identification and access permissions, and help to deter unauthorized entry through attentive front desk presence and reporting. * Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership or emergency services when appropriate. * Maintain accurate front desk records, visitor logs, and incident documentation, and communicate security-related information to Allied Universal leadership and/or the client contact as needed.

* Support emergency response activities and follow post orders for alarms, evacuations, deliveries, and/or after-hours access requests while remaining at the designated front desk post. Minimum Requirements: * Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. * Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. * A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
