Lobby Attendant

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Lobby Attendant to help maintain a clean, welcoming, and polished environment for all guests. In this role, you’ll be responsible for cleaning and organizing public areas, responding to guest needs, and ensuring the lobby and surrounding spaces consistently reflect our high standards. Ideal candidates are dependable, take pride in their work, and enjoy creating positive first impressions.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be the first impression of our hotel, ensuring guests feel welcomed and comfortable in our beautifully maintained lobby.
  • Your daily tasks will include greeting guests, keeping the lobby clean and organized, and providing assistance as needed.
  • You will report to the Front Office Manager or Director of Rooms.
  • A career as a lobby attendant can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry, such as front desk agent, concierge, or even a management position in hotel operations.
Education & Experience

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have: 

  • A combination of education and experience
