We're looking for passionate, skilled, and energetic Bartenders to join our team! This is an incredible opportunity to be part of something fresh, vibrant, and full of personality - handcrafted cocktails, and genuine hospitality come together.The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.Responsibilities:Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the bar area, including equipment/utensils and restocking supplies.Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.Requirements/Qualifications:Must have a minimum of 2 or more years of bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale restaurant/barStrong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktailsPassion for hospitality and guest connection Familiarity with Italian and Mediterranean wines, spirits, and ingredients a plusAbility to read, write and speak English fluentlyAbility to multi-taskExcellent teamwork and communication skillsProactive, detail-oriented, and reliable work ethicMaintain a clean and professional appearanceAvailable to work nights, weekends and holidaysMust be able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift, move, carry, push or pull up to 50 lbs. as neededNo job description for any position can possibly include all duties which may be requested by guests or required by the needs of the hotel.
