Role Description

This full-time, on-site position, located in Miami Beach, FL, is for a Luxury Hotel General Manager. The role involves overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, managing budgets, and driving the financial and operational success of the property. The General Manager will also work closely with the food and beverage team, coordinate with other departments, and maintain strong relationships with local artists and partners to uphold the hotelโ€™s unique identity.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in General Management and Business Management
  • Proven leadership in Customer Service and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Experience with Budgeting and financial management
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including managing outlets
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
  • Experience in luxury hospitality is highly preferred
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly desired
