Sole Chef - 34m Riva New Build (Private with Future Charter Program) We are seeking an experienced Sole Chef to join a stunning 34m Riva new build. The vessel will officially be taken over this Friday and offers an exciting opportunity to help establish a high-standard program from the ground up. The yacht will be delivered first week of September to Fort Lauderdale, followed by outfitting and preparation before relocating to its permanent base in Miami, where it will be based year-round with seasonal cruising.

This is a professionally managed operation run to the standards of a much larger yacht, with an experienced Captain and a strong emphasis on quality, organization, and exceptional owner experience. The Program Private use with plans to enter the charter market next year Winter based in Miami with cruising to the Bahamas and Albany Summer season in the U.S. Northeast Holiday cruising including Thanksgiving and New Year's Crew of 5 (possibly 6 TBC) Captain Mate Chief Stewardess Second Stewardess Sole Chef Requirements The Ideal Candidate Experienced Sole Chef with a background on private and/or charter yachts Passionate about producing fresh, healthy, high-quality cuisine Able to prepare a wide variety of international dishes, from casual family meals to refined guest dining Experienced cooking for families Comfortable accommodating different dietary preferences and special requests Organized, clean, and efficient in managing the galley independently Positive, proactive, and a team player who enjoys working in a close-knit crew Owner Preference The owners place a strong emphasis on healthy eating and fresh, nutritious meals
