Position Overview

Aiona is seeking energetic, skilled PM Garmo Cooks to join our opening back-of-house team. This role is key to delivering high-quality dishes with consistency, speed, and precision during lunch and dinner service.
PM Garmo Cooks will work under the direction of the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to ensure proper execution of menu items while maintaining cleanliness, organization, and workflow in a fast-paced, live-fire kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to Aionas recipes and standards
  • Maintain proper timing and execution for all dishes during service
  • Rotate and stock ingredients, maintain mise en place, and prep items as needed
  • Communicate effectively with chefs and FOH team regarding orders and special requests
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
  • Assist with opening, side work, and closing duties as assigned
Kitchen Standards & Teamwork
  • Uphold Aionas culinary standards and attention to detail
  • Work collaboratively with BOH and FOH teams to ensure seamless service
  • Stay composed, professional, and efficient during high-volume periods
  • Participate in tastings, pre-shift meetings, and ongoing training
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques and basic kitchen equipment
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • Strong work ethic, multitasking skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
