PJ Lobster House has been a Long Island favorite for over 30 years and is currently hiring experienced Line Cooks for our Fry, Grill, and Saute stations.
We are a busy, family-owned seafood restaurant with a large, clean, professionally maintained kitchen and a strong promote-from-within culture.

35-45 hours per week

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of line cook experience
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Ability to perform under pressure during busy service
Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout service
Team-oriented mindset

FRY COOK ($20-$22+)
Fish & Chips
Calamari
Lobster Rolls
High-volume seafood fry station
GRILL COOK ($20-$22+)
Burgers
Steaks
Proper temperatures and quality control
High-volume service
SAUTE COOK ($22-$25)
High-volume seafood saute station
Ability to work multiple pans and tickets simultaneously
Strong communication and organization skills
Typical Shifts:
11:00 AM - 9:30 PM
4:00 PM - 9:30 PM
