FULL-TIME POSITION
We are a high-volume Mediterranean restaurant in search of a front-end cook. In this position, you will be cooking and plating orders according to our restaurant's menu specifications. The candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic Duties:
-Receiving and preparing food orders accurately and timely
-Ensuring prep station is stocked and clean
-Stock inventory supplies
-Clean maintain cooking equipment end of day
-Responsible to clean and organize prep area
-Replenish food items from kitchen to front end
-Maintain sanitation standards per ServSafe
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Requirements:
COOKING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. MEDITERRANEAN FOOD EXPERIENCE A PLUS.
