Job Title: Operations Manager – Juniper Roof Top Restaurant

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a high-end, elevated dining restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient service execution, and strong financial performance. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance refined hospitality standards with operational discipline, team development, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless service and adherence to brand standards
