Supervervisor at Julio's Mexican Food is responsible for running a smooth operation during service, Supervisor staff enforcing policies and procedures, oversees quality and consistency of food, coordinates excellent customer services while the restaurant is open to the public during his/her shift.

Coordinates and supervises deep cleaning activities in the kitchen. Attends to, customer complaints practicing LAST method (Listen, apologize, solve, thank). Like all other positions in the Restaurant they must comply with all company policies.
