  • Annual Bonus: $5,000 - $20,000 after 1,800 billable hours
Position Overview A law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to handle complex litigation matters across a variety of industries. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and seeks strong career growth opportunities while working on sophisticated litigation matters. Practice Areas Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following:
  • Commercial Real Estate
  • Construction Litigation

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
  • Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
  • Assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
  • Support case strategy and overall litigation management

Qualifications
