Key Responsibilities

  • Case Ownership: Manage complex civil litigation files across the full dispute lifecycle, from initial strategy to trial or negotiated resolution.
  • Courtroom & Deposition Advocacy: Take and defend depositions, argue motions in court, and represent corporate clients during contested proceedings.
  • Pleadings & Motion Practice: Draft persuasive pleadings, written discovery, dispositive motions, and strategic evaluation reports.
  • Client Counseling: Advise corporate clients and insurance carriers directly on risk assessment, case strategy, litigation budgets, and exposure.
